The World Poker Tour announces that the live satellites for the televised World Poker Tour ® London Poker Classic Main Event, presented by Party Poker, which takes place at The Palm Beach Casino, Mayfair between the 30th August - 4th September 2010 are now under development and will soon be ready for work.
The Palm Beach Casino, Berkeley Street, London invites players £ 300 £ 30 WPT Shootout Satellites for Main Event seats every night at 7p.m. The tables are six handed with a cap of 36 players. Cash rewards from the prize pool will be given to the players who will take five places from the first one winning a seat into the WPT London Poker Classic Main Event.
Genting Casinos London Poker Manager Simon Tomsett said that the first WPT Shootout at The Palm Beach Casino was an instant sell out and rewarded one seat into the Main Event. There are many ways for you to get the qualify for the Main Event between now and the 30th August. Also more satellites in the Kingsway Hall and May Fair Hotels have worked since the 27th August.
The latest top pros to confirm their participation include Erik Seidel, Joe Beevers and Nicholas Levi. They join to Phil Ivey, Tony G, Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, Alexander Kravchenko, Annette Obrestad, Sorel Mizzi, Dragan Galic, Tyron Krost, Barry Shulman and James Akenhead. Jack McClelland is a Tournament Director, while Doug Dalton is his right hand to run the lively cash games which are going to take place at Crockfords.
